Sushant Singh Rajput: SSR’s family slams CBI after AIIMS “no murder” claim through a letter.

New Delhi: Its been few days since the medical professionals of All India Institute of Medical Sciences have ruled out the murder angle of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death probe and declared that it is a case of suicide. The late actor’s family called this claim “unethical “ And “unprofessional”.

A team of doctors denied the theories of strangling and poisoning made by the late actor’s family.

According to the sources, AIIMS panel has completed the examination and closed the file and now CBI is confirming the report. In this letter, Rajput’s family attacked on Dr. Sudhir Gupta who is the head of the forensic department of AIIMS. They also accused him for “selectively “ sharing the findings with the media.

“The conduct of Dr. Sudhir Gupta is unethical, unprofessional, in contravention of government service conduct rules and MCI guidelines. This criminal misadventure on his part has undermined public trust in a premier institution like AIIMS. It has created doubts in the minds of millions of people about the fairness in the investigation. This matter needs to be referred to another forensic team to be constituted by CBI by picking up some of the best names in the filed from different hospital so that a fair and proper assessment takes place…,” Sushant Singh Rajput’s family wrote in the letter.

CBI is likely to investigate on the “abetment to suicide “ angle of the case which was originally charged by Bihar Police.

Sources told NDTV that there is a possibility that AIIMS medical team and Central Forensic Department has ruled out any foul play in “Dil Bechara” actor’s death case in their opinion.
