President Pranab Mukherjee Budget Speech Leaves Congress Red Face; Praises Modi
Putting another feather in the cap to the BJP today and praising the government on demonetization and other bold steps, President, today in his parliamentary budget session, stun the congress.
In his long speech of nearly one hour, President, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, praised the government in all of the ways he can, from demonetization to opening of Jan Dhan accounts, from Swachh Bharat Mission to Ujjawala Yojana. President Mr Pranab Mukherjee has gone deep and given the BJP an extra mile for the election.
Leaving Congress red-faced and having its root deep dug inside with Congress party, President Pranab Mukherjee had attracted bad light from many of the Congress senior leaders; one of them being Ahmed Patel.
Disgruntled Ahmed Patel over President’s speech before budget session took to twitter and showed his displeasure with the speech.

President Pranab Mukherjee was then Finance Minister in UPA-2 government before acquiring the office of President. Surely, President speech has sent a strong shockwave in the Congress party camp.
