Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’s Parth Samthaan to make his Bollywood debut with Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi?

If the buzz is to believe then Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 fame TV heart rob Parth Samthaan will make his big Bollywood debut opposite Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Parth Samthaan has been in news for quite some time now. He was one of the first actors to resume shooting after Unlock 1.The actor not only made headlines for quitting Kauzatii Zindagii Kay 2 when the show was doing pretty but was also trolled for going back to his hometown Pune after he got an anxiety attack post-testing positive for Coronavirus.

However, it now seems clear why the actor was keen on quitting Kasautii Zindagii Kay quietly as he had a big Bollywood project in hand.Gangubai Kathiawadi starring Alia Bhatt in the titular role is based on Hussain Zaidi’s book ‘Mafia Queens of Mumbai”.The story revolves around Gangubai Kathiawadi, a brothel owner and matriarch. The film will narrate the tale of the lead character’s journey from the streets of Mumbai to becoming the city’s most dreaded woman.

Though nothing has been revealed about the role Parth Samthaan will be portraying in ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, this is definitely a very big break for the actor.Meanwhile, reportedly, the makers of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ have decided to end the show by October 3 as producers are not impressed by the current show TRP Numbers.
