Dramatic twist in Ryan school murder case, CBI arrests class XI student

Taking a new dramatic twirl, the Ryan International murder case revealed an XI grader to be the murderer of Pradyuman. The CBI took the student into custody from his house in Sohna. The accused is being produced before a local court today.

The student was charged under Section 302 of the IPC. The arrest comes after he was taken in for interrogation by the investigative agency on Tuesday night. “After methodical investigation based on scientific evidence including inspection of the crime scene, forensic analysis, CCTV and call records study, CBI apprehended the student,” said CBI spokesperson Abhishek Dayal.

What comes as shocking with the revelation of the XI grader is earlier, the bus conductor of the same school was held the prime accused of the seven-year-old Pradyuman who was found dead with his throat slit inside the school’s toilet.

Gurgaon Police even claimed they had managed to secure a confession from the conductor. “Ashok Kumar had allegedly confessed to killing Pradyuman in custody,” said police.

This new disclosure by the CBI again brings many unanswered questions pertaining to the case. Why Ashok Kumar, the bus conductor confessed the crime even after knowing he is innocent and was not involved in the crime?

The fact that a student was allowed to carry a knife on school premises also exposes the negligence of the school authorities.

The biggest revelation that the CBI gave was that the knife found on bus conductor Ashok Kumar was allegedly planted by the Haryana police who was reportedly under pressure to close the case.

However, the identity of the boy is preserved taking care of legal reasons.
