COVID19: Ministry of Home Affair announces guideline for “Unlock 1.0”
The fourth phase of lockdown is ending in India on Sunday. In such a situation, the government has released a new guideline for Lockdown 5.0 on Saturday. The new guideline will come into effect from June 1 and will remain in effect until June 30. This is the process of opening a lockdown. During this time, the focus will be on economic activities.
The total number of cases of this epidemic has increased to 1.70 lakhs, with a record number of more than 7900 new cases of Coronavirus being reported in India on Saturday. With this, the death toll has crossed 4,900 with the death of 265 in one day. There has also been a significant increase in the number of cured people and till now more than 81 thousand people have been discharged from hospitals.

No relaxation for containment zone
During this period, the ban on the containment zone will continue.

Containment Zone might get relaxation in phases
New guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, will get relaxation in phases in Containment Zone.
Non-containment areas to reopen
Today, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines to reopen the areas outside the Containment Zone.
Lockdown 5.0 is will end on June 30
The new guideline will come into effect from June 1 and will remain in effect until June 30. This lockdown is the process of opening. During this time, the focus will be on economic activities.
Shopping Malls, religious places to reopen
Places of worship will be opened from 8 June. Hotel and restaurant will be opened. Shopping malls will be opened.
No restriction on inter-state travel
According to this guideline, the restriction on the inter state movement has been lifted. Local administration will decide the international flying and metro operations. This lockdown round will continue till 30 June.
Cinema Halls, schools to remain shut
According to the guidelines, the decision on the school cinema hall will be taken in the month of July according to the situation.
No movement allowed between 9 pm to 5 am
The movement of people will be banned from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am. Earlier it was from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
New name to this lockdown
The government has named it Unlock 1.0. A decision will be taken in July to talk to all the concerned parties for opening school colleges etc.
No decision many yet
In Phase-3 of Unlock 1.0, the status will be decided on the international flight, metro, cinema hall, gym, theater, bar, social, political, sports and religious programs.
No need of pass to travel inter-state
According to the guideline issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, there will be no need for any kind of pass for movement from one state to another in Unlock 1.
No restriction in Non-containment zone in this lockdown
The Home Ministry said that after March 24, strict lockdown was in force throughout the country. Only necessary activities were allowed. All other activities were banned. In this phase all the previously banned activities in areas outside the Containment Zone will be opened in a phased manner.

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that a limited number of activities will be restricted throughout the country. Such as international flights, operation of metro rail, cinema hall, gym, swimming pool, theater, bar, auditorium and assembly hall
Only necessary activities to be carried in Containment Zone
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that the lockdown in the Containment Zone will be strictly followed. Keeping in mind the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, these will be followed by the State / UT Governments. Only necessary activities will be allowed inside the Containment Zone.
State has the power to increase the strictness
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that if any state or union territory imposes some kind of restriction on the basis of assessment of the causes and condition of public health, then all have to abide by it.
District administration may impose restrictions in buffer zone on need basis: Home Ministry
State and Union Territories will identify buffer areas outside the prohibited areas, where there are high chances of infection cases: Ministry of Home Affairs
Social Distencing must be followed in every situation
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that keeping in mind the corona virus epidemic, social distancing will be followed throughout the country.
