BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra becomes the latest addition along with Arnab Goswami, Kangana Ranaut, Sudhir Chowdhary, and Amish Devgan to join the “Walk Of Shame ” in Mumbai.

The “Walk of Shame ” is an initiative started by street artist Tyler, which allows the followers to choose one person whose name will then be written inside a circle with a poop emoji.

Inspired by the Hollywood “Walk of Fame “, the initiative has given the concept an interesting twist to give a ” shout-out ” to people who have let the country down.

Unlike the five-pointed terrazzo and brass stars embedded along Hollywood Boulevard as big achievement in the entertainment industry, the BJP Spokesperson Sambit Patra, TV anchor Arnab Goswami, Actress Kangana Ranaut, TV anchor Sudhir Chaudhary and Amish Devgan are now part of a crowdsourced effort to name and shame public figures who have been instrumental in spreading propaganda that causes widespread destruction, violence, and stupidity.

PAUSE FOR THE CAUSE

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra has been a controversial figure for years now and has made very misleading/offensive/propaganda based statements in the past. Recently he was seen on a news channel saying the popular “Rasode Mein Kaun tha dialogue”

Tyler said that the voice of dissent, students, and activists are constantly being targeted and shut even amidst COVID -19 lockdown. The idea behind this initiative is to connect with people by calling our shameless public figures in the most-non violent way.
