A Woman chanted “Pakistan Zindabad” Slogan in Bengaluru

The Woman Amulya Leona in gathering against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in Karnataka’s Bengaluru raised anti-national slogan when she got a chance to speak. She shouted “Pakistan Zindabad” slogans on stage. She asked all the attendees to chant the same slogan too with her during the event. The Rally was organized by AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi.

She has been extradited and will be kept under the custody for three days then the matter will come on the local court on Monday. A case was immediately registered against her under section 124A (sedition), 153A and B. During Amulya’s speech, Owaisi tried to snatch the Mike from her but she continued shouting the slogan. After a while, the police was able to control her and take away the mike from her.

In one of her Facebook posts on 16 February, Amulya had hailed all south Asian countries, including Pakistan. She said that every citizen of a country is entitled to basic benefits and rights and that the government is responsible for every one of them equally.

Owaisi, who addressed the gathering later, said he did not agree with the woman. Neither I or our party have any link with her. The organizers should not have invited her here.

In the end, he addressed with the statement that we no way support the enemy nation Pakistan. Our entire drive is to Save India.
