Yes, Your Bra Size Decides The Discount On Your Meal In China.

A Chinese restaurant Chaoxia (translated as “Trendy Shrimp”) has come under fire for holding a promotion aimed at giving discounts to women with larger breasts.

Complaints sparked from locals to the council when the poster outside the establishment in Hangzhou mall, advertised a lower price for bigger cup size.

The poster shows cartoon women dressed in under garments varying chest sizes along with a tagline: “The whole city is looking for BREASTS”.

One representative complaint said the posters were “vulgar advertising” and “discriminatory towards women”.

According to the reports, the posters have been removed but the restaurant general manager defended their sales strategy. “Once the promotion started, customer numbers rose by about 20%,” he said, adding that “some of the girls we met were very proud – they had nothing to hide”.
