Shocking – Pakistan’s Kartarpur Corridor promotional video features separatist leader ‘Bhindranwale’

Pakistan’s Kartarpur holy shrine is all set to welcome the Sikh community pilgrims from 9th November. In order to host this auspicious opportunity, Pakistan released a promotion video to attract and notify the people about their initiative of opening Kartapur Corridor.

This great opportunity has turned into planned propaganda to promote separatist leaders. Video released by Pakistan government has featured Bhindranwale, Major General Shabeg Singh, and Amrik Singh Khalsa via poster and all these featured people were killed during Operation Blue Star conducted by the Indian Army in June 1984 at the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

The video was posted by the Govt. of Pakistan twitter handle in three parts. Kartarpur Corridor’s opening has always been projected as building a good relationship between both the countries but featuring separatist leaders has degraded the impact on Indians because these separatist leaders are the sole reason behind the partition of one Punjab into two Punjab’s.

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh had earlier expressed apprehensions over the corridor and said that Pakistan could misuse it to replug the Sikh militancy. Simultaneously, several intelligence agencies in India also questioned the intention with which Pakistan went ahead with the opening of the route.
