Religious diversity in India

Religion in India is known for it’s diversity in religious beliefs and practices.Indian cultural history is more than 4,500 years. India is known for its religious diversity, with Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Islam, Christianity, and Jainism among the nation’s major religions. People of different religion.

Every religion has various style for worshipping their God! Hindu’s goes to Temple, Christian goes to Church and Islamic places of workship are called Mosques.

Muslims practice their traditions by reading their Namaz at home, at work or at any another place.

Although Sikhs can worship on their own, they see congregational worship as having its own special merits.Sikhs believe that God is visible in the Sikh congregation or Sangat and that God is pleased by the act of serving the Sangat.Congregational Sikh worship takes place in a Gurudwara

Christian worship involves praising God in music and speech, readings from scripture, prayers of various sorts, a sermon, and various holy ceremonies (often called sacraments).

While Hindu follow their traditions only in Temple or Home.This is the first time we found a Hindu praying at Lucknow Airport without hesitating of a public place.
