Rahul Gandhi’s statement was indirectly referring towards the Narendra Modi, Neerav Modi, Lalit Modi and Sushil Kumar Modi. Sushil Kumar Modi on Thursday told reporters that his lawyer has filed a defamation case against Congress Party President Rahul Gandhi under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code.
