England cricketer Ben Stokes’ recent joke about not wishing a 14-day quarantine on his ‘worst enemy’ Marlon Samuels didn’t go well with the Former West Indian Cricketer as he slammed Stokes’ by disparaging remarks on his Instagram Story.

Recently Ben Stokes spoke of the demand of quarantining and joked that he wouldn’t wish the process on his ‘worst enemy” Marlon Samuels. The Rajasthan Royals star had to remain in quarantine in hotel rooms in Auckland and Dubai in recent months as part of the terms of traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic.

And While revealing about his recent tough experiences, the England superstar jokingly said he would not wish the process on even his biggest enemy Marlon Samuels too.

While Stokes’s comments were light hearted, Marlon Samuels was not at all pleased with it and posted a couple of expletive – laden messages on his Instagram Story. Marlon Samuels also dragged Stokes wife in a derogatory manner while boasting about his skin tone

Marlon Samuels also slammed Australia great Shane Warne and a few of his West Indies teammates on his Insta story.

Stokes and Samuels’s rivalry dates back to 2015 when Samuels had given stokes a send-off and mocked him with a salute after Stokes was dismissed. Things then turned ugly at the 2016 ICC World T20 Final when Stokes’ allegedly said something to Samuels which angered the West Indies Batsman. This rivalry no seems to have resumed once again with Samuels attacking Stokes with foul-mouthed words for his comments
