Woah! SRK is being paid a whopping amount for his new show TED Talks: Nayi Soch

‘King Khan’, ‘Baadshah’, ‘Uncrowned King of Bollywood’ and many more adjectives behind just one name! Obviously no points for guessing this, he is none other than Shah Rukh Khan and he has got these names for some of the most obvious reasons. SRK is currently the undisputed king of Bollywood. Just the name is enough for the whole nation to rush towards the theaters. Along with all the love and fame Mr. Khan has earned, he definitely has got a big fat bank balance as well.
Adding a drop more to the ocean, SRK is hosting the all new reality show ‘Ted Talks Nayi Soch’ and you cannont imagine how much the King is being paid for it! YOu allmust be aware of the fact that Shahrukh is coming up with a new reality show ‘Ted Talks’ which is speculated to go on the floor in September. Well, reports are making the rounds that Shah Rukh Khan is apparently charging a whopping amount to shoot this series.

Reports state that SRK is charging around Rs 30 crore for a week long shoot. This series is going to comprise of total 14 episodes with different speakers taking the centre stage. SRK would be shooting for seven days and will be shooting 2 episodes a day. So for seven days, the King Khan is apparently getting paid Rs 30 crore.

Now, we don’t know how much of this is true, but if yes, then it is one big amount. But with the stardom that he holds, he surely deserves all of this. Talking to a leading daily, Shah Rukh said, “Yes, if they pay me for it. I will be very expensive (smiles). I know of American Presidents, who take lots of money to give motivational talks once they retire.”

After all owning a land on the moon is not everyone’s cup of tea, right?

SRK will be shooting for TED Talks’ promo on August 23 in Mumbai, while the show will be aired in October. There are chances that his show will clash with Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 11, if they are aired on the same time, as Salman appears on Bigg Boss on weekends and Ted Talks will also be aired on weekends.

well, whatever he might be charging for it, we are just excited to see SRK’s comeback to the small screen.
Even before that, another treat to our eyes is going to be his upcoming flick ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ in which he will share the screen with Anushka Sharma.
