The over dramatic scenes, nonsensical script and the exorbitantly high expectations from Indian cinemas had forced, not only the Indian audiences but also the Indian directors and Producers to find sense from the overseas. In the quest to find gold, and to give Indian audiences some “fresh content”, Indian directors are now eyeing on the famous series from Hollywood, Rambo.
Yes! In the name of “fresh content”, and to serve Indian’s the taste of Hollywood content, Director Siddharth Anand is all set for his new venture, previously known for Bang-Bang, which was the official remake of Knight and Day.
Releasing the poster of Tiger Shroff-starrer Rambo – an official Indian remake of Sylvester Stallone’s hit action movie by the same name – was unveiled on Saturday.
The poster shows a rugged and surprisingly tough-looking Tiger in the backdrop of a hi-tech warzone. Tiger shared the poster on Twitter and wrote, “Grew up on this character, humbled and blessed to step into his shoes years later. #RamboRemake.”

Reacting to the news of an Indian remake, Hollywood star Stallone took to social media and wrote, “I read recently they are remaking Rambo in India !! .. Great character.. hope they don’t wreck it .”
Looks like the original ‘Rambo’ is in a dilemma that Bollywood will definitely wreck the movie. Going by the previous records that Bollywood have in its bags, its legitimate doubt from the actor as the movie like Chennai Express, Happy New Year (SRK fans please back-off) are the real doubt for the actor.
We stand with Sylvester Stallone concern, and going by the past record of Hollywood remakes to India, movies like Players (remake of Italian Job), Bang-Bang (remake of Day and Knight) haven’t performed well In India.
