Sushmita Sen breaks up with boyfriend Ritik Bhasin?
Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen and her rumoured boyfriend Ritik Bhasin have reportedly called it quits and ended their relationship. The couple were said to be dating for four years. Actress Sushmita Sen has broken up with her boyfriend, businessman Ritik Bhasin. Sushmita and Ritik were apparently dating for the past four years. Close friends of Sushmita and Ritik told Mumbai Mirror that the couple actually separated almost six months ago. The report also states that Sushmita and Ritik had bought an apartment for themselves, where they planned to stay after marriage. In spite of the break-up, however, Sushmita and Ritik have decided to remain friends and continue to attend public soirees together.
It’s actually difficult to understand the status of Sushmita’s relationship since she never acknowledged her affair with Ritik in public. In fact, she also posted a picture of herself on Instagram in March, explaining why she is still single. “I am yet to meet that SIRE, who loves to play with FIRE,” Sushmita wrote on Instagram.
Sen has often openly expressed her views about marriage and relationships. While talking to a leading daily, Sushmita was quoted saying, Marriage was always on the cards. I have always been a romantic. Since I was 16, I have had a very lovely notion of it. But like everything else in my life, I have never been in a hurry. I have always believed that it will happen at the right time.
Marriage was always on the cards and will still stay on the cards unless proven otherwise. In the meantime, I think I have led a very exciting life. Not once in my life have I felt, ‘oh god, I didn’t get married.”
Meanwhile, the former Miss Universe says that nowadays the Hindi film industry is not based on an artist’s look and age but on talent. She believes that age only adds experience to the actor’s career. The actress, who is a single mother to daughters Renee Sen and Alisah Sen, says that it would be a tragedy if an actor’s career gets over at the age of 25.
