Reports surfaced Deepika Padukone begins ‘Wedding Shopping’ with Family

Rumours about Deepika and Ranveer Singh’s wedding have been doing rounds for the longest time. In January this year, reports had surfaced that the duo will exchange rings on Deepika’s birthday which falls on January 5. However, nothing of that sort happened.

Deepika Padukone is currently basking in the humongous success of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat. The film has gone on to mint over Rs 300 crore at the domestic box office. While there’s still time for her to begin her next with Vishal Bhardwaj alongside Irrfan Khan, looks like the actress decided to utilise the time in ticking off certain other important things on her list.

“The lady has been hitting the stores with her mother and little sister Anisha Padukone,” a Spotboye report said adding that the Padukone ladies visited several jewellery stores in the city.

Deepika wants to host a reception bash in Bangalore for her family and close friends. Some days back, gossip mills were busy churning that DP’s parents flew down to Mumbai and met up with Ranveer’s parents to zero in on a suitable wedding date. Apparently, the meeting took place at the residence of the actress in Prabhadevi post which both the families along with Ranveer and Deepika went for dinner together at a nearby Worli hotel.
