‘Bharat’ To Star This Actress in Opposite Of Salman Khan, Confirms Ali Abbas Zafar
In the world of B-town Salman Khan is a name that can create a buzz itself. Upcoming Bollywood ‘Bharat’ has made its position in newspapers because of the B-town tiger, but recently the title ‘Bharat’ amplifies the social media because of Priyanka Chopra.
The reason behind her sudden leave is none other than Nick Jonas which is known to all. Ultimately, the search has been ended with the name of Katrina Kaif after lots of tumults. Film’s director Ali Abbas Zafar has confirmed Bharat’s new leading lady, Katrina Kaif, who will play the love interest of Salman Khan.
Fans of Salman Khan were quite intrigued that the actress left the film at the last moment. So the announcement for a new leading lady was eagerly awaited. There were speculative reports about Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone being the prime contenders for the film. Not surprisingly, it seems that Katrina has been finalized eventually post Priyanka’s exit.
Katrina will star opposite Salman in Bharat and will begin shooting for the film in September, Ali Abbas has confirmed to Mumbai Mirror. Salman and Katrina have worked in many films earlier including the highly successful Tiger Zinda Hai and Ek Tha Tiger as well as films such as Partner, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya and many more. Salman and Katrina make for one of the most beloved Bollywood jodis and their fans will be over the moon with the Bharat announcement. The duo also performed on Dabangg tour recently. The Bharat director told Mirror, “I am extremely excited to work with Katrina and Salman again. We have had exciting collaborations in the past. Katrina got on board in the ‘Nick’ of time for this project.”
