Baahubali star Prabhas announces his next upcoming film “Adipurush”, a 3D Action-Drama

Baahubali star Prabhas finally made the much-awaited big announcement on social media today as he is set to team up with director OM Raut for a 3D action drama titled “Adipurush”.The film will mark actor Prabhas and director Om Raut’s first project together. The film ” Adipurush ” will be co-produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T series and Om Raut.
Prabhas took to his Instagram account to announce his new film by sharing the logo of Adipurush. The logo has a golden burning A and the visuals like ten heads of Raavan, Lord Ram stretching out an arrow, and Hanuman from the epic tales of Ramayana. The film will be an adaptation of the Indian epic Ramayana which will be made in 3D as the tagline of the movie reads ” Celebrating the victory of good over evil”.

Talking about Adipurush, Actor Prabhas shared his statement in media as he said, “Every role and every character come with its challenges, but portraying a character like this comes with tremendous responsibility and pride. I am very excited to portray this character of our epic especially the way Om has designed it. I am sure the youth of our country will shower all their love in our film.”
The film “Adipurush ” will be releasing in several languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam, Kannada, and a few foreign languages.
Adipurush will be Prabhas’s third collaboration with Bhushan Kumar after Saaho and Radhe Shyam. The project is currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to go on floors in 2021 and will be released in 2022. The makers are yet to reveal the rest of the casts as talks are underway with several leading actors from Bollywood to play lead major roles. Till then Prabhas has Radhe-Shyam with Pooja Hegde and Telegu director Nag Ashwin film with Deepika Padukone
