Take a cucumber and cut it into two halves. Now grate the half cucumber and keep it in a bowl. To this, add 2 tbsp milk or milk powder and few drops of lemon juice. Mix well. Apply and let it stay till it dries. Wash with normal water. Apply this every week to get the best results.

Remedy 3:

Cut a Tomato into two halves. Rub the inner side of the tomato on the skin of your hands, so that the seeds and juice come in contact with the skin pores, helping you to get rid of tanned skin.

Remedy 4:

Almonds are also very good at removing tan from the hands. Take 5 to 10 fresh and green almonds and grind them. Mix this paste with 5 drops of sandalwood oil. Apply this paste on the affected area. If fresh almonds aren’t available, buy almonds and soak them overnight. Now grind them next morning and follow the same procedure as you did for the fresh almonds.

Remedy 5:

Take the pulp of mashed papaya. Try rubbing it on the tanned area. This massage also helps in curing the tanned skin.

Important And Basic Tips To Prevent Sun Tan:

  1.  Cover your hands properly before stepping out in the sun to avoid direct impact.
  2. If you can’t cover them, then apply a good sunscreen to keep the skin protected. Apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 30 liberally and half an hour before sun exposure. If you skip sunscreen because you sweat a lot, look for a ‘non-comedogenic’ one as this will not clog your pores.
  3.  Drink lots of water. This helps you to keep your skin hydrated from inside out, thus reducing the risk of the skin drying. It increases the cell turnover and lets your skin rejuvenate and renew itself.
  4.  Moisturize your hands, that is, hydrate your skin externally too by applying a moisturizer that contains natural fruit acids on a regular basis. This will aid tan removal from the skin.

Institute of Preventive Medicine Lab has recently revealed a report stating that 892 cases have been filed of people suffering from swine flu over the last three months in Telangana.

“Temperature is coming down; the viruses will survive more in low temperature. In the last three months, 4228 samples were tested out of which 892 were positive,” Dr. K Shankar told ANI. He further added that he is expecting a decline in the number of cases and requested the people to be careful.

Swine flu is caused because of the Swine Influenza Viruses (SIV), with the H1N1 strain. When an individual touches or breathes the droplets of cough and sneezes, he is more likely to get infected by the H1N1 virus.

The symptoms are same as that of a fever. If individual is suffering from sore throat, cough and body ache then it is advisable to visit a doctor.

“Kader Khan is not dead, it’s a rumour”, says his son


Kader Khan’s son Sarfaraz has denied the media reports on his father’s death and says it’s a rumor and his father is not dead. He further added that his father has been admitted to a hospital in Canada.

According to a report, Kader Khan is suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, a disease that causes loss of balance, difficulty in walking and dementia. Recently, the 81-year-old developed some breathing problem because of which doctors had to transfer him from regular ventilator to BiPAP ventilator.

“It is all a lie. It’s just a rumor. My father is in the hospital,” Sarfaraz told PTI. Amitabh Bachchan, who has worked in many movies with Khan in films like Do Aur Do Paanch, Suhaag, Coolie and many more, took to his twitter to pray for him.

“Kader Khan, actor-writer of immense talent, lies ill in Hospital…PRAYERS and DUAS for his well being and recovery. Saw him perform on stage, welcomed him and his prolific writing for my films..great company, a Libran…and may not know, taught Mathematics!” Bachchan tweeted.

Kader Khan made his acting debut in 1973 with Rajesh Khanna’s Daag and has featured in over 300 films.

While addressing the “Step By Step Hair Transplantation” book launch of renowned doctor Pradeep Sethi and Arika Bansal, Azad said that he wanted to be a doctor but he couldn’t score good marks. So, his recommendation for this new book is really appreciable in which way he underwent the book “Step By Step Hair Transplantation”.
